This sale is a binding contractual agreement between the Parties (Seller and High Bidder). If you are the final, high bidder at the end of the sale and the reserve has been met, you own the item being offered for sale. If you do not complete payment within the specified period of time you WILL be charged with breach of contract and will be under summons to appear in the United States District Court of Competent Authority as specified in the announced Venue for this sale.

Do not bid if you are unable to complete payment or if you are unsure of your ability or intention to complete this as is sale. All bids remain active and binding until the end of the sale.

Please be aware that if you are the high bidder at the end of any of our sales, and do not complete, we will take action in the Los Angeles courts, which may result in a judgment being entered against you for monetary damages together with all charges, court costs, expenses and legal fees, and handed over to the sheriff for collection. Such judgments will be pursued for collection, are reported to the credit bureau as an unpaid account, and will have a negative effect on your credit rating. Consequences of a negative credit bureau report can include denial of future credit by lenders, credit card companies, automotive finance agencies and mortgage lenders.

If you have "0" or negative feedback, you must contact us prior to placing your bid in order to confirm your intentions. If we do not see an email with a phone number from a bidder without feedback, your bid will be cancelled immediately.

We require a $250 non refundable deposit within 24 hours of auction closing and full payment within seven (7) days of auction closing. Payment must be by PayPal, cashier's check, cash, drafts from major financial institutions or wire transfer. We cannot accept credit cards.

All sales are subject to a $145 documentation and preparation fee.

Balance can be paid by way of cashiers check, personal check, cash, wire transfer or verified draft from known financial institutions. Vehicle will be released to winning bidder only after full payment is made and all respective checks have cleared; yes, even bank checks! We cannot accept credit card payments for balances.

As with any used vehicle minor wear may be noticed under close scrutiny. This might include small rock or sand chips, a minor ding and miniscule scratches. We try to make all scratches dings and chips visible to you through this auction. Keep in mind that no used vehicle is EVER as good as new. We are committed to selling quality vehicles.

Buyer is responsible for any shipping costs.

Buyer must have shipping arrangements in place before bidding. We may assist with shipping arrangements.

All auction sales are sold AS-IS and without warranty unless stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to cancel bids and end auctions early, at anytime, for any reason.

We are not responsible for anything you did not read or did not notice in our auctions.
